Module 01

Physical climate risk

From the hazard on the ground to a risk score you can act on.

This is the core engine. We take each of your assets, a building, a plant, a substation, and ask a simple question for every hazard: how bad does it get here? Satellite observation, decades of climate reanalysis and forward climate models combine into a hazard layer on real terrain. We bind each asset to a damage curve, turn that damage into a normalized risk score, and roll the whole portfolio up into a portfolio Risk Score for today, and out to 2030, 2050 and 2100.

Capabilities

What this module does.

Hazard scoring for every asset

Every site scored against each hazard at real return periods: depth of flood water, wind speed, heat days. Not a postcode average.

Hazard maps over your footprint

Interactive flood, heat and cyclone layers draped over your exact building outlines, so you see the threat where the asset actually sits.

Damage to risk score

Each asset is matched to a damage curve for flood depth or hazard intensity, converted to a normalized risk score, then aggregated to a portfolio Risk Score.

Residual risk after adaptation

Model a flood wall or a roof upgrade and see how much the risk score drops, with the cost weighed against the benefit on every measure.

Scenario & horizon analysis

The same numbers across low / medium / high emissions and 2030 / 2050 / 2100, so you can compare futures like for like.
